10/2/21 Kiki & Hunter 

I work in the television industry and am super SUPER organized so when I was getting ready for a wedding, I thought I could handle it by myself. I have never been more grateful for my husband pushing me to hire a planner/coordinator and that person is Chelsea Romero. Chelsea is BEYOND incredible. Every detail was constantly tracked, I never could’ve forgotten a thing with her by my side. Her personality is lovely to work with. She’s a true problem solver and a joy to work with…And when it came to the rehearsal and wedding day itself- I can’t believe there was a moment I’d even considered doing it on my own. Our big day went off without a hitch! She kept everyone and everything on time. Her communication skills are superb and the team she had under her were a perfect reflection of her style and MO: nothing short of invaluable and fabulous. I cannot recommend Chelsea enough. If I had to describe Chelsea services in one word, it would be flawless. Every layer of her expertise was perfect. I don’t know how she managed to remember every single detail, she understood exactly what we wanted and helped us in achieving our vision. Her advice and recommendations were always top notch! Because of her expertise, she knew how to guide us through uncertain scenarios. What I especially loved was when we wanted to do something different or unique, she helped us attain that. We didn’t want a cookie cutter wedding and she got creative with us to help make it happen. And I loved and valued her input! The day of the wedding, she and her assistants were so organized that everything was handled seamlessly. Chelsea directed her team perfectly and handled so much on the backend that we never had to worry for a moment: we knew we were taken care of. One moment I was especially thankful for on our wedding day, I was starting to get really overwhelmed. Before anyone else could even detect it, Chelsea helped sneak me away from the clamor of everything going on. She could see me suffering in silence, and pulled me away from it all so I could recoup before walking down the aisle. Her level of attentiveness never gets lost or diminished in the chaos of a wedding. She’s always looking out for you no matter what. I can’t thank her enough for this. And she always, always had a smile on her face. My friends and family loved meeting her, too! They all had wonderful things to say about her. My dad even said “Chelsea was the wedding.” Because of Chelsea, we were able to go through our wedding feeling relaxed. We were able to be ourselves and really enjoy it. Without her, we would have truly been lost. Any couple would be in great hands with her ◡̈

Words can't describe how grateful we are that Chelsea coordinated our wedding. Being an out-of-state bride, I had to do a majority of planning through emails and phone/Zoom calls, and I certainly had my fair share of anxiety about everything coming together. Any concerns I had were wiped away upon our first Zoom meeting with Chelsea. She's confident in her craft and was very reassuring throughout the entire process. We booked her over a year in advance, and she always happily responded to my plethora of emails and questions in a timely manner. She is uber-organized, meticulous, and a joy to speak with and be around. On the day-of, we absolutely knew we were in the best of hands as she expertly orchestrated our event with professionalism and class. I've been involved in other types of events and have interacted with various different coordinators, and none of them held a candle to Chelsea! I did that whole... is it worth the money to hire an event coordinator for my wedding? I do events for a living... DON'T THINK JUST BOOK! I was able to TOTALLY ENJOY and BE IN my wedding day thanks to Chelsea. She handled EVERYTHING from top to bottom. And we had a REALLY unique wedding, but it was no match for her skills! She is worth EVERY DIME! And let me just add... all of the companies she suggested to me were INCREDIBLE! If I had to do it all again, (I HOPE TO GOD THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN LOL) I would use her again and again. What are you waiting for?? Send her a message already!

I could not recommend Chelsea Romero more highly. Chelsea coordinated our wedding in June 2022 and the day went smooth as a whistle. She was so communicative and organized during the entire planning process- we always felt we were in such good hands! Her giant Google Doc list was my bible during that time and I know some of my friends getting married the same year were jealous of it. Day of, Coach Chelsea whipped us all into shape in the nicest way possible. Even though she does weddings every single weekend she never forgot that this was once in a lifetime for us and made us feel that way. When we stumbled upstairs at the end of the night she had put water and dessert with the kindest note in our room! Go with Chelsea Romero for your wedding and you will not be disappointed!!

Chelsea was THE BEST person to serve as our wedding coordinator. She is an amazing person with a heart of gold! She made us feel like royalty. She was always punctual and efficient with our time. Even when we got distracted she brought us back to center with kindness and professionalism.  Our time with her was always efficient and she was always on top of everything! She thought of everything and handled it. I never asked twice for anything and in some cases never even asked, she just knew what I needed. She is a talented and amazing professional who stands out in her field! Her compassionate heart and task mastering is unprecedented and we absolutely loved her! You can only go wrong by going with someone else. She is the best in the biz!

Coordinating a destination wedding seemed super daunting at first but thanks to Chelsea, it was a breeze! We could not be happier with our experience. Nothing slipped by Chelsea! She was so on top of everything. Not only did she have great organization skills and made sure we stayed on timeline day of, but she also went the extra mile: Need an extra hand to help with the wedding dress bustle? Need to make sure you have a plate of food waiting in your room after the big event? Or donuts for the morning? She’s got you covered! Chelsea was incredibly helpful on one of what should have been the most beautiful/stressful day of our lives. She is a true professional and had every single aspect of the wedding planned down to the minute. Her schedule was flawless, and we never doubted that we were in good hands. 7/30/22 Albert & Cindy 

Groom: We worked with Chelsea when she was working back in California. She was our wedding coordinator and I can't say enough great things about her. She was super prepared and organized before our meetings, and incredibly responsive via our online Google docs. Chelsea kept us on schedule and plugged basically any hole that one could think of, including rentals for those small, day-of items that we didn't want to buy, herding cats errr..people so our wedding went on schedule, and coordinating with all our vendors. This last bit was especially helpful, as we did have a couple finicky vendors. Chelsea went above and beyond in coordinating among everyone, staying super communicative, and making our special day so much more smooth and low stress! She was possibly the best coordinator we could have asked for. I can't recommend her enough as a super professional and competent organizer and coordinator for your event.

Bride: Chelsea is a GODSEND! Wedding planning is super stressful and you really want someone like her in your corner. As a bride planning a wedding from out of state, I felt secure and cared for and I had complete trust in her ability to deal with anything and anyone before and during the event. She's seen it all and really makes sure that the bride and groom have the most memorable day of their life. Chelsea also made such a great impression on my family and guests that there was nothing but praise to be heard! She is reliable, prepared, and overall just a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I had our wedding on May 1, 2021. We were part of the "covid wedding" madness, as our original date was in May of 2020. With a mix of emotions going into the reschedule of our big day, we were lucky enough to have Chelsea as our Day of Coordinator. Her help and expertise was very much appreciated. At the time of our wedding Chelsea was also 36 weeks pregnant and she still handled coordinating our day like a BOSS. She was well prepared for the walk throughs, where we discussed both my vision for the day as well as other details that I hadn't even thought of. The day of I had nothing to worry about and our wedding went off without a hitch! She coordinated catering, a mobile bar tap truck, live musician plus a DJ, two photographers, florals and other rental deliveries. We still have friends and family bring up how much fun and smooth our wedding day was! We are forever thankful for Chelsea and all of her help for one of our favorite days!

Having Chelsea as our wedding planner made our wedding day seamless. Honestly, I didn’t know how much I needed a wedding planner until she filled the gaps I didn’t even think of! From the very first email correspondence, Chelsea seemed genuinely interested in us and our wedding, was personable, and very thorough. I had a vision in mind of what I wanted and Chelsea knew how to make it happen. I gave her a lot of freedom with decor and she absolutely crushed it. When my husband and I think back on that day we have zero notes for improvement. There were no hiccups or delays. Everything truly seemed perfect. I couldn't imagine my wedding even happening without Chelsea - she was amazing! She was with us every step of the way, and I never had to worry about something slipping through the cracks or not getting done. Down to the placement of candles in the exact spot we discussed, to wrangling my family and wedding party, she was a life saver and instrumental to the success of my wedding. Chelsea was our day-of wedding coordinator for a middle of Covid wedding of about 130 people. She was incredible! From the moment our friends and family began arriving for the weekend, she was efficient, gracious and very helpful. I laid out my vision for the day and she executed it perfectly. Everything ran smoothly, she was easy to talk to and I wouldn't change a thing. Almost two years later and people are still talking about how much fun our wedding was, we couldn't have made it through the day without her. 3/19/22 Sarah & Jeff 

For our wedding, Chelsea was our coordinator at Newhall Mansion in March 2022, and she was awesome. We had about 70 guests with a ceremony, family-style meal and really fun dance party that all took place at the same venue space. Chelsea is extremely organized and thorough, positive and encouraging. She thought of pretty much everything and helped us remember small details so that we didn’t forget anything. The day of the wedding went seamlessly, because Chelsea and team took care of all the setup of centerpieces, the welcome table and the various party favors (flip flops, blankets and party sticks). It was so amazing, and the team set everything up just as we had envisioned it. There were so many little details that we didn’t have to worry about, because Chelsea had it taken care of. If you struggle with keeping everything straight or following a schedule, Chelsea can make sure that everything runs smoothly. And she made everyone in our wedding party, friends and family feel so welcome! At the end of the evening, we didn't have to worry about a thing. All our various decor and gifts were organized inside. A few family members left items like hats and sunglasses behind, and those were thoughtfully placed in an easy spot to find them the next day. So after a wonderful day of celebrating, we didn’t have that much to do at the end of the night. We highly recommend Chelsea as a wedding coordinator for your wedding celebration.

Chelsea was our wedding coordinator at our wedding in April 2021. She went above and beyond to reach out, keep us updated, and give us all the advice & help. Leading up to the wedding we spoke almost daily. She was quick to respond with any questions we had, no matter what. The day of the rehearsal she was so helpful with our large and rowdy wedding party. On the wedding day, I never had to worry about anything! Her communication and professionalism was outstanding. You will be in such good hands with this company! I couldn’t recommend her more.

We had Chelsea as our wedding coordinator for our wedding in March of last year.  She was a great coordinator.  She made us feel welcomed and listened to everything we wanted.  She asked about our preferences, provided very helpful advice, took care of us pre/during/post wedding.  She is very attentive to detail and very organized.  Our rehearsal was great and very light yet prepared us for the actual day. She was very hands on and we couldn't have asked for more. She made sure we were able to eat during our wedding dinner despite everybody pulling us left and right.  She even saved us food/desserts/cake for the next day! We highly recommend her!

Chelsea was an absolute DREAM to work with! Our original date was in 2020 and as the world shut down and we realized our dream wedding wasn't in the cards on the original date, Chelsea was there to help answer any questions we had. As our new date approached in 2022 she seemed to always be available to answer questions and got back to us so quickly. On the day of, she helped execute our vision perfectly and the whole time we knew we were in good hands. Things never run perfectly, but even as little things happened in the morning of, as a bride, I was able to sit back with my champagne and get pampered and not worry about a thing. Throughout the day she was there to help keep us on schedule, make sure we were fed AND had drinks the whole day. Simply the Best!

My husband and I met Chelsea when we locked in our wedding plans at the Newhall Mansion. I work in events and know how much goes into event planning but had no idea just how much went into wedding planning. From the beginning, Chelsea made it so easy for us to make important decisions on our special day. From guest placement to rentals and things like where to put our wedding favors, Chelsea was always so insightful. Whenever we had questions she would always be prompt to answer in detail. One thing of the utmost importance was her timing on our wedding day. She kept us on time for everything and made sure we had a flawless ceremony and reception. Chelsea was such a dream to work with for our wedding. She literally thought of every last detail, down to having lights along a pathway that gets dark at night. Our photographer showed up with an extra assistant day of, and before we even had a chance to tell her we needed an extra vendor meal, she had already taken care of it. Chelsea was my wedding coordinator, and I cannot recommend her services enough. She helped us at every step, was always extremely calm and personable, and made sure things ran smoothly. Hiring a wedding coordinator is one of the best uses of funds possible when planning a wedding. Having Chelsea as the main contact, problem-solver, and logistics person for the day made everything so much more relaxing. Because we had Chelsea on our team, my husband and I were really able to soak in the celebration.
